the 7 habits of highly effective people

habit 1 be proactive
habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habit and that why it comes first. it says "i am the captain of my life. i can choose my attitude. i'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. i am in the driver's seats of my destiny, not just a passenger."
reflection: this quote make sense to me because its true what he says it all depends on you. you make the choice to be happy or sad you take control of everything. that what controlling your life is about.

habit 2 begin with the end in mind
"control your own destiny or someone else will." (jack welch )
"when you know where you intend to end up, you know where you are now." (covey)
reflection:i deeply agree with this statement only i can control my own fate, in order to do that i have too work hard for it. this is why i have goals today, so when the future comes i can be ready for it.

Habit 3 put first thing first
"organize and execute around priorities."
reflection: what i think about this short statement is you should always do whats important and helpful for you in the future first because if you dont your gonna regret it for the rest if your life that why for me i have my goals ready for the future because i set my goals in order. one at a time for each goal.

habit 4 think win win
"think win-win or no deal.
what this quote means is that its trying to say always have your mind on thinking positive because if you don't then nothing gonna go your way.

habit 5 seek first to understand then to be understood
"diagnose before you prescribe

habit 6: synergize "the whole is grater than the sum of its parts (1+1=3)

habit 7:sharpen the saw
the four dimensions of self-renewal: physical, mental, spiritual, social\emotion  Image result for sharpen the saw

how to win friends and influence people

six ways to make people like you if you want people to like you..............
rule 1:become genuinely interested in other people
1) "do this and you will be welcome anywhere."
2) "you can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you."
3) "ask questions to other people, questions that they would enjoy answering."

i absolutely agree with these quotes its true you

rule 2 smile
1)"actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, "i like you. you make me happy. i am glad to see you."
2)"you don't feel like smiling? then force yourself to smile."

3) it creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in a business , ans is the countersign (witness or indication) of friends."

i agree with these statements because its true you always gotta be happy and give plenty of smiles daily. it feels good to be happy because without happiness there no life in anything. just be happy.

rule 3: remember names
1)" a man's name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language."
2) "if you dont remember names, you are headed for trouble."

rule 4: be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.

rule 5 : talk in terms of the other man's interest
"the royal road to a man's heart is to talk to him about the things he treasures most."

rule 6:make then other person feel important and do it sincerely
the desire to be important is the deepest urge in human nature. john Dewey helping  people feel important and appreciated works magic."
this statement gets to me because it makes me understand how important it is to appreciate people and what they do i will follow these steps everyday because i want to be a good person.

the six attitudes of high achievers

                high achievers
               1 make no small plans
               2 do what they fear
               3 are willing to prepare
4 are willing to risk failure

               are willing to prepare
this means if you are willing to be prepare if your gonna be ready and get the stuff needed. being prepare is to get stuff done and being ready for the future.

           are willing to risk failure
this means if your gonna get things done even tho your risking it all. if your willing to make sacrifice for the things you need. you have to risk it sometimes in order to get things done. your gonna have to risk it no matter what.

      are teachable
i wanna teach others to choose the right and be a good citizen. i wanna teach people to be responsible in life. and then after that i want them to be just like me and teach others in the future.

        have heart
i have a heart because i am a human being. i am nice to others just like they are nice to me. i want everybody to have a heart to be nice and just enjoy the world we live in.

                                                            FINAL REFLECTION

My feeling about the six attitudes is i will follow and obey the attitudes i will commit to them. i will make no small plans only big plans to be the best. one thing for sure is i will do the things people fear. because they only fear that im gonna be better then them which is a good thing for me. im am willing to prepare myself for the future because i want to be someone big and important in life. I am willing to risk failure because i dont wanna miss out on life
because its better than nothing. and if i dont try im gonna regret no trying.i will teach people the secret of being good. i will make sure they learn. and for sure teach them everything i know about be a good human being. the way to have a good is to be an generous person. be very nice, and respectful.

9 ways to be happy and make something of your life

9 Ways to be happy and make something of your life
Life is to be enjoyed, not endured                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        1 being grateful to yourself and to others. appreciate what we have because not everything lasts forever. i am grateful to be alive and healthy. i am grateful for the things i have. for my family they taught me how to be respectful  to others and to myself. I am grateful to be in this school with my teacher and friends. being grateful fells good and i believe everybody should be grateful in this wonderful world that we have. that the good thing about being grateful people see see you as good person. for all the ungrateful persons out need to know the being ungrateful does not make you cool it only makes u look disrespectful and mean. the only reason is why i am grateful is because i want people to be more like me just appreciate everything.

BE SMART                                                                                                                                                     To be smart you have to stay in school and graduate. u have to have polite manners, you have to be responsible with yourself and with others. i am smart because i like to read. i like to help others and make them smart. i want to go to college and be even more smarter than i am now. i want to be so smart that i want people to acknowledge me for how smart i am. i want to know how it feels to be smart because i know for a fact is a good feeling. lots of smart people are successful in life so i want to be just like them. i want to encourage people around the world that to always choose the right because its a smart thing to do in life.
                                                   BE INVOLVED IN GOOD WORKS

The way to become involved is to participate in after school activities. be involved with the students and the teacher. you can be involved with the society volunteer for things in your local town. help your community. do lots of donations to show that you are willing to commit. others ways to be involved  is to start clubs like for example book clubs, bike clubs, and hiking clubs and so on. the way i get involved is with friends we play basketball and we already got our little group and we are gonna continue to grow our group. i want to teach people to be involved in life. i want them to learn how to be responsible in life as an adult.

''You can become involved and speak with a strong voice for that which is right''

                                                      be positive

the way of being positive is to find ways to optimistic views in negative situation.be positive is to complement others and yourself. others ways to be positive is to live in a positive environment stay away from drugs and graffiti. dont let vague fears hold you down. always add positive values to friends or strangers. have a positive mental attitude. start everyday positive by having a good breakfast and going to school on time. dont stress yourself out. be the best version of yourself. be positive learn something new everyday. be  positive connect with others. get involved in activities. when your sad and feeling lonely find a way to be positive do something. be positive in  the future. have a positive life go to work and teach the whole world to be positive.

                                               BE HUMBLE
to be humble you need to accept your limitation. you need to admit that your not good at everything. u need to admit others are better than you. no matter how talented you are there gonna be someone better than you. to be humble you need to realize your mistakes, grow from it be a better version of yourself. you need to be grateful for what you have appreciate yourself and others. work hard on goals always stay focus. you need to learn not to be afraid to make mistakes if it happens to bad there nothing you can do about but to just move forward. if you wanna be humble avoid bragging its not a cool thing to brag about stuff. dont always take credit make sure everyone gets a turn and have fun. dont compare yourself to others we are all human beings no one is better than no one we are all equal humble human being.

be still

to be still u got relax be calm sit down have a cup of tea. take lots of naps to refresh the brain. be a patient person dont be so needy. when playing sports take breaks have a snack. teach others to be still. in school be still when the teacher is teaching. to be still sometimes u gotta meditate for a while. take pictures that requires to be still for a long period of time. in case of an emergency u have to stay still never panic. there games the requires to be still its fun too. when acting sometimes u gotta be still for certain scene. i will be a stay person because i am CTR.

''learning how to be still,to really be still and let life happen, that stillness becomes radiance.''

''there they are, nine be's which, if observed, will bring handsome dividends to any young man or women. they will add sparkle to your days and peace to your nights. they will save you from heartache and pain. they will bring purpose into your life and give direction to your energies. they will bring you friends of your own kind. they will protect you from associations that would pull you down and deflect you from your course. this is a time to be happy. this a time to feel joy and make friends and enjoy the best this life has to offer. what i have tried to put forth are simply a few suggestions, gained from many years of living, to help you do just that. the world will tell that certain kinds of things will bring you happiness things such as popularity and possession and satisfying your baser desires. if today you find yourself only drifting as a leaf in a stream, get hold of yourself and determine you will do better. at railroad grade crossing, signs of warning were once common. two cross arms were emblazoned with the words, ''stop, look, listen.'' they meant that a train could be roaring down the tracks and you had better be alert. i was riding a train in the mid west years ago. i looked out the window to my left . a road ran parallel to the tracks. a car with a boy and a girl was speeding down the road a little faster than the train. the car moved ahead until i can longer see it. suddenly, the locomotive whistle sounded an the train screeched to a halt as the brakes gripped the wheels. we looked out the window on to the other side. there was a mangled car. the police cars soon converged, followed by the ambulance. the boy and girl were both dead. the road they were traveling crossed the tracks. they did not stop, or listen. it all happened in an instant.
the better way to be is the way of these nine be's
the years will inevitable pass, quickly. today is your day of resolution. promise yourself to make something good of resolution. promise yourself to make something good of (your) precious life.''
